V&CO BOOKINGS POLICY
New client Deposit Policy: V&CO requires a deposit for all new bookings. Once you have booked online or via phone, you will receive a text message with the information.
This deposit is strictly non-refundable.
If you cancel or reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be held as a credit on your account – this can be used towards any future service that you book in. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
If the deposit is not paid within 48 hours of scheduling your appointment, your appointment will be canceled. If you’re unable to make your booking, we kindly ask that you provide the salon with 48 hours' notice. Should you fail to contact the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment within this notice period, your deposit will be forfeited.
Deposit amounts will vary depending on service.
Deposit for service under $100 : $25
Deposit for Service over $100 : $50
Most beauty appointments don’t require a deposit, if they do the beauty therapist will contact you.
If you arrive to your appointment as scheduled, your deposit will simply be deducted from your overall service charge.
If you need to reschedule your booking, your deposit will transfer over to the new date, if you cancel the same booking more than once your deposit will be forfeited.
Please arrive at least 10minutes early for your booking to allow our salon to run smoothly.
We have an automated text confirmation system. This confirmation gets sent out 48hrs prior to your booking, please confirm to this text. If you need to cancel or change your booking please text the salon number 0404493333.
If you do not receive a confirmation message, please call our team to see if we have incorrect details.
Allow time to find parking. There is 2 hr parking directly behind our salon if you are visiting for a longer service we suggest parking at the local shopping center.
We accept Afterpay, cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment via American Express or Diners Club Card.
If you are unhappy with any hair or beauty services please contact us within 5 days of your service, and we will arrange a time to rectify at no extra cost, we want every client to be 100% happy with their service.
